It is a prepaid credit card used to make purchases in online stores that accept Visa cards. Therefore, the card cannot be used in physical stores.



- When will my card be sent and for how long will it be available?


The balance of your card will be sent within 5 weeks (40 days), remembering that this amount expires after 6 months from the date of sending (without the possibility of renewal) and purchases cannot exceed the available balance.


- How do I check my balance?


You can check your balance by accessing the e-mail you received when your card was sent. There you will find all your card information, available balance and transaction history.


- Why was my card declined?


If your card has been declined, visit the e-mail you received when the card was sent. There you will find the transaction history where you can see the reason why your transaction was declined.


The Tremendous card does not allow cash withdrawals from ATMs. For this reason, debit transactions will be declined. It is also worth remembering that the card cannot be used for installment purchases or recurring subscriptions (Such as the Playstation Store, Spotify, streaming services like Netflix and Amazon Prime, Uber and other subscription services). - What information do I have to provide to redeem?


You will have to provide your information at two points:


1. when requesting payment, you will need to fill in your full name (written according to your documentation) and e-mail address. The e-mail address provided must be the same as the one registered on our platform.

2. Once you have received the card, to use it you will need to provide your full name (as written on the document), e-mail address and valid home address.
